What can I say except it’s thick fake blood, looks real, doesn’t stain the driveway if you rinse off within 24 hours. If you live in a rainy city, like I do in Seattle, that’s not really a concern. It always turns into a typhoon around 9pm, so everything gets washed off, destroyed or blown into the neighbors yard. But it scares the kids while it lasts and that’s the important part and why they come to our house year after year!!

I work in special effects and this stuff is the best I have seen for the money hands down. Sure there are other brands that might have a little better color to them, like Pigs Might Fly, but they go for around $400/gallon. The one advantage to this being glycol based and not corn syrup is that it washes out. You can’t let it sit forever…but if you clean it quick then you will find no trace of it with a little effort. If you find it’s too thin, add some honey (not chocolate syrup as it will change the color to almost black) to thicken it. If you find it too thick, you can thin it with water. So if you are using this for Halloween, or other things for personal entertainment, then you won’t do better for the price. I have used this in movies and on TV. But understand, this is not makeup. If you want to put fake blood on yourself or someone else and not have it run and basically vanish, there are better options.

This was used on an independent production with Lucy lawless , and it performed amazing. I am the Co Director and I still have lots of it leftover and continually prank my friends with photos of “death scenes”, however since they were on set they won’t fall for it.If you need blood that is pricey but realistic, look no further.Btw Amazon screwed the delivery and left I t down the street, but that is not the fault of the seller!

I absolutely love this stuff and everyone shouod get it. I am an sfx artist and i have tried different kinda of blood from different brands and this one is my fav.!! Its thin enough for a spray bottle but dark wnough to be realistic. Thiugh be warned if left on akin for too long it may stain skin for a little bit but comes off in about a day.

This fake blood was AMAZING. There were even some small chunks in it that made the blood appear coagulated. I did a DIY Halloween, and the fake blood looked so realistic that people thought we went out to buy pig’s blood haha. Adults complimented our displays, and many kids were too freaked to go anywhere near them! Will definitely be buying this again in the future.Tip for DIY’ers: I mixed some of the blood with corn starch to get the lighter coloration and chunky appearance in the photo of the half body. I recommend trying this if you want a little extra definition. It gives the mixed portion a frothy, lighter look, as if the blood is slightly bubbled. Happy haunting!

Got this to try to fake my own death, I got some child support issues. The csi caught it right off, after it dries it has a slightly too red look to pass off to as real to the popo but it was great consistency I actually thought I was a little dead while pouring it out

This blood looks ok when you very first apply it but it is pretty sheer and very runny, so if you want a very saturated red or something that stays in place for any amount of time this is not it. Also once it dries on white fabric it turns very sheer and looks almost like a pink color so it’s just not as useful to me as I would hoping it would be.Also on top of being very sheer/runny it will also stain skin very pink no matter what you do, so if you are working in film, you will not be able to totally remove it from your actor between scenes even though it also doesn’t seem very pigmented. The one positive thing about it is it cleans off of walls fairly easily, I don’t know how it stains actors so badly but cleans off of walls so easily but if you need to decorate a set with it like I did it is great for walls (do watch out for any caulking on base boards because it will be more likely to stain)

He uses this for movie shoots. They love how easily it cleans up
