i would review this as five stars except for one thing, the part at the neck flops down alot, the day before halloween i had to take it to my mom to get her to add some extra support which solved the problem

Good price point, but definitely too large.

One of the capes we ordered, the seam was split wide open in the collar and this awful black powdery foam stuff was spilling out! It got everywhere and even stained my couch. What a disappointment. I even paid extra to rush order for Halloween. Instead we are one costume short and I was left with a terrible mess.
